Wow. + or - .1 grain is barely worse than my RCBS electronic powder dispenser and scale can deliver (it's generally either right on or +.1).

I guess that takes care of the powder charge...

My DMPS bolt carrier is 7 14/16" long. The diameter of the carrier at the tail is .930". I can bring it with me tomorrow to see if it will properly fit. I may take a few photos of it later on...
