She didn't just tear up any old copy of the SOTU speech, she tore up the official transcript of the speech for the House of Representatives. In other words she just destroyed an official government document in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 641

She is trolling, and conservatives are acting like Schiff. Saying this was some sort of punishable offense. Even if it is an official government document, ripping it in half wouldn’t rise to the level of removal from office. That makes us sound worse than the libs fishing for a mis-step by Trump to impeach, and we all see how poorly they looked because of it. Yes, she has no sense of decorum or civility but we don’t need to stoop to their level. It cheapens when something like the destruction of classified emails happens. So yes, call her all the names you want but just realize she wanted that reaction. As far as I am concerned Trump’s response was the way to go. Point out her lack of respect for the great Americans in the speech and pointing out how this is a bigger contribution to the division in our country than anything Trump has done.

I agree, let her and her action(s) further damage her party's public view. One has to wonder if her and her party's shenanigans have
'Rallied the Trump Troops' even further ?

I actually believe the some do think that. However there are enough of the dumbasses that believe the SH%T that she spews out will think she did a brave and noble thing standing up for her beliefs bla bla bla.
