SCOTUS rules in favor of Baker!!!
In a carefully watched decision, SCOTUS has ruled in favor of the Colorado Baker who refused to bake a cake for a LGBTQ couple's wedding....
Hopefully, this will bode well for us in re: our 2A cases that may come before them soon. Still, we need to get more conservatives on the bench. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018...ex-couple.html http://www.floridaconcealedcarry.com...ies/hand10.gif |

Main stream media this morning was saying that the Baker's position was won by a slim margin. Hmmmm.... 7 to 2 is slim???? go figger...

Well, the decision was a narrow one. Apparently, it applied only to the specific case brought to them by the original Baker. It really didn't address the whole issue of whether or not a business can "express religious freedom" in the way the baker attempted to do.... That may or may not come later, but we'll see. |
Good. Like a post that I saw on FB, the storefront has the right to refuse service, whether or not I/we agree with it, it doesn't matter.
