They both look familiar, I might have seen them at The Doll House back in the early 2000s. I guess when they said they were working there to pay for college, they weren't lying. No one has any morals any more, I tell ya.

You all are missing the point here........ that dude is a BALLAR! Having sex with a MILF and getting paid!

Seriously tho, I say we hang them. The should be absolutely NO tolerance for this kind of behavior!

Different crime... Different judicial mindset. I think either gender would have the same difficulty when it comes to murder.

As I'm pretty sure you know, Statutory rape law was written primarily with the opposite genders in mind (i.e. the female being the victim/minor)... Still, it has to apply to both genders, equally. Furthermore, the defendant being the young man's teacher, there's a "position of trust" issue in play as well. But I'm curious as to when the AOC was raised to 18 in FL? I thought it was 17 in most cases.

Still, it will be interesting to see how the court system plays out with the genders being what they are, in this case. Will the defendant be prosecuted as "vigorously" as would a male defendant in the same circumstance???

True. But I'm not referring to the law, just the article which refers to him as a child.
