But it's only the parent "holding" company that's changing. Smith & Wesson Holding, Inc. will change it's name. But the Operatiing Divison that makes Smith & Wesson products will keep the Smith & Wesson name and brand.

They'd be crazy to let that go...

They would fail miserably if the left s@w behind. They can't be that dumb
