I hope he did it right. Otherwise he'll just pi** them off even more, and they'll ramp up their hatred of him.

If he did the drill sgt. method, or the Twelve O'Clock High method, and convinced them they were worthless dog crap, then proceeded to build them up into something worthwhile, then we'll all win.
