Been reading threads on this fine forum, and I must say that I've enjoyed the sharing of information in a fun yet civilized environment. :toast:

I've been carrying concealed since the 80's but daily over the past 8 years or so. Don't be fooled by my screen name, I no longer own any XD pistols, but it's easier to just keep one screen name. I look forward to participating and hopefully meeting some of you I don't already know. I'm currently in the researching phase of owning my first 1911, so I hope to gain a lot of knowledge.
