Hi Fellow 1911 Fans;

I have been a 1911 user/shooter for several years. I am always looking to learn more about the John M. Browning guns. I am a big fan of his shotguns, as well. I hunt with a couple of his fine A5's, and like my sweet-sixteen the best. Anyway, I am here to learn more about the 1911's and share a few of the things that I have learned along the way. Thanks for the opportunity to further my education. :)

Is the "Mimber Lover" monicker reserved for the newbies? If that is the case, I would rather be dubbed "Tupperware". At least I am the proud owner of a G-36. :D

I will admit to owning one Kimber. I think that it is in the bottom of the gun safe. Shhhhh.... Just don't tell anyone, as it's not something that I would like to get around. :o

Ain't nothing wrong with owning a Kimber brother, that was my first 1911 and I won't sell it or trade it for anything!

At least Kimber's are made in America, unlike that other popular brand that has the same initials as Smart Azz....hehehehe.
