It’s possible. I’ll have to look in the attic to see how close the nearest duct is.

I have two of those types in the gun closet. It’s just not keeping up.

New Gun Closet

Then you need some AC in there or put louvers on the door.

I agree, he needs some air circulation, but, I do believe he installed a insulated steel door on that gun room.

Remember, if its feasible, the needed duct work will not need to be the same physical dimensions as what it's being attached to, all you're looking for is some controlled air circulation in that small space.

Keep us posted bud

Have you had time, and, if so, what did you find out?

Yes. We have about two feet above the space even though it’s near an outside wall. There is a duct nearby, so my construction guy is coming by in a few weeks to build me a vent.

We'll use DampRid until he is able to do the work.

Any updates on the climate control project in your gun room?

Only that the DampRid really works. Humidity is now around 50%. Not as low as I would like but better than it has been. My construction guy won’t be able to stop by for a few more weeks.

At least you're able to hold it at bay until your construction guy can pipe your ductwork in.
I'd heard decent things on that DampRid working good in smaller enclosed areas.
Looking forward on seeing how this works out for you.
