Iggy, meant to say something before, Nice 58! don't see many of them!
|
Thanks Dave. I carried that one for 13 years as a LEO. We've both got some scrapes and scars, but we earned them honorably.
We were in some squabbles, and that ol .41 did what it was supposed to do. It got us home at night. |
|
Sure nothing wrong with that one. :)Looks to be virtually new. Send lots of .38s, plenty of 158 grn mags down the pipe. Keep the bbl and forcing cone clean and your grand kids will be trying to wear that one out.:)

So more pics to come. Sent by Brown's Custom Grips using Tapatalk! |
Olympus,
Got to say you've got a pretty good taste in guns. Those are two of the best. |

My Bodyguard. My only S&W. I bought it a few months ago to replace my Colt Agent as my BUG.

Here is an old shot of my M-66-3. My wife bought it for me when they reintroduced the 3" barrel on the Model 66.
I have shot it enough to have Scott Mulkerin of SDM tighten it up and bead blast it and do a few other minor things to it. This has been my IDPA SSR gun. I carried it for years before switching over to my bottom fed 1911. |
Here are some photos of my 627 Performance Center with the new Docter sight added. I used the J Point mount that fits the factory S&W rear sight and used the J Point adapter shim to mate the Docter sight with the J Point mount. I'm very pleased wit this sight. Very bright, very crisp, and very clear. It was easy to mount and get sighted in. It's so accurate that it's almost unfair....almost! Don't pay attention to the Goodyear grips. I've got the gun set up to run full house .357 loads for hunting this fall and the rubbers definitely help with the recoil.

Very cool. How about a photo showing your sight picture through the optic??
I've thought about putting an RDS on my 629. Grizz |

Iggy,
Those are great Outdoorsman revolvers. The picture makes me just a little jealous. |
Neil,
Yeh, I'm kinda partial to that pair. |

Which I am trying to Sale....................... Clyde |
You don't really know a fellow til' you've seen his guns right? These are my two Smiths so far. The first is my first, a 4" M66 no dash which was rough when I bought it. The second is a minty 586 no dash I found a month or two later for a heck of a steal.

Thanks, those are the first guns I ever bought with no intention of ever shooting them.
I must be getting old. |
Here is a matched set with a .357 and .22 that my mom bought new in the early '80's that sat in a drawer unfired till she gave them to me about a year ago.http://img607.imageshack.us/img607/7339/gunsz.jpg

S&W model 28 Highway Patrolman in 45 Colt
No the title is not a mistake the gun was converted by changing the barrel and boring the cyl. I bought the gun the way it is but the price was only $325 so I took a chance and it turned out to be a great shooter:D

My S&W 629 Talo, I had it polished.:)
