Gone, not forgotten. I never warmed up to the H&K P7; this is a German Police marked imported gun.

Yep, the lemon squeezer P7 was one of those "either you love it or hate it" deals. With the majority on the "hate it" side.
I wouldn't mind trying one out to see which side I fell on. Several unusual features including the Barnitzke delayed blowback system. https://i.imgur.com/hdHMrsk.gif |

A little different - big, old school snub nose! Uberti Made in Italy, short barreled version of a Schofield .45 Colt Single Action!

I miss the beach, I miss the swimming pool at our rental house, I miss my wife's family (all except 1 who no matter how hard I tried not to I couldn't stop not liking the asshole!), I missed posting here! Well obviously I am back with all my knives and guns!
I may have posted the gun before but not with the stocks on them! The gun is a Colt Competition Series Government Model chambered in .38 Super. the stocks, purportedly Ivory but I'm thinking some other type of tusk or bone; their orientation should be facing up; but they're mine, and on a gun! I like the dragon motif on a pistol grip; I mean a gun exhales fire and smoke and has a nasty bite! http://iwantthatknife.com/Gallery/al...agon_right.jpg http://iwantthatknife.com/Gallery/al...ragon_left.jpg |
Great grips!

When I worked as a Customs and Border Protection Officer I lived and worked in Port Huron, MI. I had a friend who wanted to sell me a Colt Revolver so I said OK. For under $300 here's what I got; a well used 1966 vintage Official Police. It had cut down target stocks on it instead of the correct stocks, it now has the right ones on it. It came with it's own JayPee open top holster as well. Removing the grips I found, hand engraved, probably with a handheld vibro-engraver PHPD 3 for the Port Huron Police Department. Checking with my contacts there no one knows where the records are for their older gun purchases. Although not pretty - it is servicel accuracy and function...

DPMS AP-4. This is a .308/7.62x51 copy of an M4. It was a great shooting rifle; in the right hands with match grade ammo it was an MOA gun. I acquired a Sig 716 so the AP-4 was redundant. I traded it to a gun smith for the work he did on my Delta Elite that I've posted earlier!
