Just my 2 cents. I ordered an inside the waistband holster for a full size 1911. I don't know if others had the issue but I felt there is a little too much leather where the clip's go on the holster. Where I wore my holster when I carried my gun the leather felt as it was too tall and dug into the top side of my leg. If that makes any sense. If it does not make any sense I will try to further explain with a picture.

Thanks for the feedback - I would like a bit more detail. Where are you wearing the holster (sounds like maybe 2:00 or so? appendix carry?) I wear mine right above my right butt cheek - about 4:00 or 5:00.

Maybe we need a new design for appendix carry.

Here is a pic. I carry at 4o'clock. I drew on it with my crayon . The square is what I was talking about being too tall. after looking at the pic I think the culprit is in the circle. I was having issues with it digging into the top of my leg while sitting. Hope that helps. Let me know if that clarifies it.

Yes that helps. Thank you. I've got a new source for IWB clips, so I'll be trying out a couple of new ideas. Perhaps you'd like to be a beta tester?
